We usually only have ONE litter a year, maybe. All our puppies
are "family" raised. We have 4 active children in our noisy home,
ages from 9 to 20 yrs old. Both sire & dam are on premisis
in White Bear Lake, MN. Unlike other so-called "breeders"
who say their Bostons are family raised, we mean it!
Maggie, sleeps regularly with the 9 & 10 yr olds (well,
unless she decides she wants to sleep with us adults, on
rare occasion) , and Spike sleeps with our 14 yr old!
(Oh, EXCUSE me, she says "12+2", years old)

I should mention, that the puppies are litterbox trained.
I have found that the litter "Yesterday's News" seems to work best.



Now, for the stuff no one really likes, but has to be said anyway......

All puppies are guaranteed for 1 year, against life threatening hereditary defects.
Buyer is urged to get vet checked within 3 days of adoption/pick-up.

All puppies will have first shots (Corona, Distemper, Adenovirus type 2
(and Hepatitis), Parainfluenza, and Parvo), 2-3 wormings, and their
vet-check before going to their new homes.

We accept most forms of payment:
Credit Card payments through PayPal, Money Orders, and of course, Cash

Sorry, we no longer accept Personal Checks, unless they have CLEARED
before the puppy is to be picked up. Usually a 7 "business" day wait. You
can thank a previous buyer for the change in policy.

Credit Card payments are subject to a $35 "Processing fee", and is non-refundable.
No papers will be signed over until full balance is paid.


A $250 (non-refundable) deposit is required to hold a puppy.

All puppies must be paid in full, 1 week prior to delivery.

If picking up in person, any balance due must be paid in cash.

I generally don't "ship" a puppy. However, it would depend on the
Airlines, age of the puppy, etc. as the biggest hurdle is the temperature.
Shipping costs aprox. $300.00 extra, (plus the cost of a carrier/crate)
and ONLY to a MAJOR Airport! All shipping charges are "at cost".

For an additional fee $1.00 per mile, I will personally deliver within
200 miles of theTwin Cities. Puppy+delivery fee MUST be paid in
full, BEFORE delivery. Sorry, no exceptions.



Sorry, I don't allow "lookie-loo's", as they can bring viruses onto the property,
and it puts the puppies at risk. Puppies are shown by appointment only. I
know that may irk some people, but, I'd rather have healthy puppies than
make someone's afternoon less boring. I know this may sound harsh to
some people, but, I don't think you want to be the one to explain to the
people who are anxiously waiting to pick up a new family member, why
their puppy is sick or even died. .
